Kaushik Jain

I’m Kaushik Jain, and I enjoy working at the intersection of data, technology, intelligence, and business operations. I naturally approach problems by breaking them down, understanding how the different parts connect, and finding practical solutions to complex challenges. That curiosity continues to shape my academic journey, professional interests, and the ventures I work on.

I completed my B.Sc. in Mathematics (Hons.) from M.S. Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences, which gave me a strong foundation in analytical and quantitative thinking. I then pursued a Post Graduate Programme in Data Science & Generative AI from IIT Roorkee, where I developed a deeper understanding of data, AI, machine learning, and their real-world applications.

I also pursued Digital Operations & Supply Chain Management programme from IIM Bangalore, which helped me bridge the gap between analytical thinking and real-world business operations. The programme gave me a broader understanding of how supply chains, digital technologies, data, and operational decisions come together across functions such as planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, and process improvement.

In parallel, I am a member of the Rotaract Club JP Nagar, where I take part in community-oriented activities, collaboration, and experiences beyond academics and entrepreneurship.

Outside of all this, I genuinely enjoy travelling, exploring nature, and discovering new places. I’m naturally curious, enjoy learning from different people and experiences, and like finding new perspectives beyond my usual environment. I also enjoy taking on new challenges, experimenting with ideas, and turning things I find interesting into something practical and meaningful.
